Isaac is passionate about teaching and works extensively as an educator, supporting emerging creatives with practical routes into developing their skills and careers. Across his teaching and filmmaking roles, he is committed to widening access to the creative industries, particularly for underrepresented filmmakers.
He lectures and leads filmmaking courses and workshops for a range of institutions. He is an Associate Lecturer on the MA Scriptwriting programme at Goldsmiths, University of London, a Tutor in Screenwriting and Directing at Met Film School, and a Mentor Playwright for the National Theatre New Views Programme.
Isaac has devised and delivered scriptwriting and filmmaking workshops for The King’s Trust and Iconic Steps, a socially conscious creative agency supporting diverse young people entering the media industries.
He also devises and facilitates workshops for The London Screen Academy, where he provides writer-in-residence and script support services, as well as working with community theatre groups and schools.
